Just go down the Navigation Bar to the left in the order in which they appear. However, you can jump around and investigate first if you prefer. Check out the recipes to see how easy they are. There's even one for healthy chocolate!

Then go back to get some background as to the “whys and wherefores” of what you do. Any words that are underlined are hyperlinks that will take you to more information on that subject. You can also go to the Site Map and use it as a Table of Contents to find any page you want.

Spend just a small portion of two days in the kitchen and have enough food to eat for a week. You can take the weekend off as far as eating well is concerned, but it will set you back health-wise. You simply have to decide whether you want to live to eat or eat to live, with healthy eating habits, for a long and fruitful life.
