The Best Way to Healthy Eating

Are you looking for healthy eating habits and better health, but just can’t seem to find time for it? Do you want to eat healthier food but don’t know where to start?

Then you’ve come to the right place!

Most of us want to have healthy eating habits, but who has the time for it? You do, if you follow these simple steps. I call it Grab and Go Goodness.

You can hold your mouse over any of the pictures that come up to see what the name of the dish is. There's even a recipe for good-for-you chocolate - no, healthy chocolate is not an oxymoron. Check it out!

Come along with me and I will show you how to discover what healthy eating is, what foods I avoid and why. All of my foods are wheat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free and artificial sweetener-free. Many are even dairy-free and vegan.

Learn how I make simple, organic meals to take with me to work or school. Take brown bagging to gourmet heights and amaze all of your classmates or co-workers!

What I’d like to do with this site is take you on a journey with me to complete holistic health, including body, mind and spirit. It’s an on-going road that I have been following for many years, and I’m constantly learning new things. I expect to refine my path many times more over my lifetime.

I’d like to share my experiences with you so that you can avoid the pitfalls and potholes I’ve encountered along the way. Through learning how to eat healthy and choosing organic foods, you will be on your way to optimal wellness. Did I mention there was chocolate?

It is best to go down the Navigation Bar to the left in the order in which they appear, but feel free to jump around and investigate first. Check out some of the recipes to see how easy they are. There's even one for healthy chocolate!

Then go back to get some background as to the “whys and wherefores” of what you are doing. Any words that are in blue and underlined are hyperlinks that will take you to more information on that subject. You can also go to the Site Map and use it as a Table of Contents to find any page you want.
