And What To Do About It


Cell phone dangers

I have only recently found out about cell phone dangers. I have had a cell phone for many years and I hardly ever used it because it never felt comfortable to me. Now that I know about it, I’m very glad that my body intuitively didn’t like them and that I listened to those feelings.

Many people get upset with me because they can’t get in touch with me when they want to (that in itself is a perfect reason for not using one, in my opinion) but it is there for my convenience, not theirs. Besides, who wants to be available 24/7? I value my privacy.

Every time I used one, it felt like it was “burning” my hand, for lack of a better word. I just felt an energetic vibration that I didn’t like. Scientific research has borne out that there are cell phone dangers that need to be addressed.

One of the best articles written that explains this danger has a short eight-minute video showing how cigarettes and cell phones share an unfortunate similarity. It also gives the scientific research behind cell phone dangers.

What is particularly disturbing is that so many of our youth today spend literally hours on their phones and that cancer of the brain is surpassing leukemia as the leading cause of cancer deaths among children. We don’t know what will be happening after decades of exposure of cell phone radiation on our young people, the future of our country.

The above short video also shows that sperm viability in males is greatly diminished the more time men and boys spend on cell phones. Infertility has become a huge problem in this country as well and is a billion-dollar a year industry.

What You Can Do To Protect Yourself

There are certain precautions that you can take to reduce your risks from cell phone dangers. By following these practices, you can help yourself and your family to be safer.

1. Reduce your usage of cell phones. Only use them for short essential conversations, especially in a car. Cars contain the radiation more and concentrate it.

2. Use a landline whenever possible, especially at home. I know that it is not as convenient, but what price are you paying for that convenience?

3. Use cell phones only where reception is good. The harder the phone has to work to get reception, the stronger the electromagnetic field is.

4. Keep the phone away from your body as much as possible and DON’T put it in your pocket or on your belt to carry it. Manufacturers are now putting warnings in the manuals of their products to this effect.

5. Use the speaker phone wherever possible or alternately, get a hollow tube headset to use. A blue tube headset is the best one to use. Notice that I did not say blue tooth. Those only magnify the problem and make it worse, concentrating the EMF radiation directly into your ear.

Here is some information (click below) about Dr. Mercola’s blue tube (hollow tube) headset, which is what I use. I carry it with me in my purse and when I need to make a call, I pull over to the side of the road if I’m out in the car, and use the headset to call. Rarely do I ever use the phone straight.

It would also be helpful to reduce the use of other wireless devices in your house. My computer is direct wired to the router instead of going wireless.

Be especially careful of cordless telephones too. They actually are worse than cell phone dangers because they are on all the time with a blast that is the equivalent of the sound of a 757 jet engine if you were standing right by it.

If you must use a cordless phone at home, make sure it is one of the older 900 MHz models. They’re no better when you are actually using them, but at least they are not searching for the base station all the time like the newer ones are.

This article on the threat of cancer from cell phones from Dr. Mercola’s newsletter gives you the latest information on this front. It shows that more and more people are using the Precautionary Principle when it comes to cell phones and that’s a good sign.

The cell phone is a great invention with much potential, but I use mine like insurance. It’s there if I need to use it, especially in the event of an emergency, but most of the time I don’t.
