Here are some of my easy healthy recipes for total holistic health. It is best to know your nutritional type before making any of these since that will help you to optimize your eating plan.
Be sure to read the background information about why I use certain things, such as coconut oil, before you begin using these recipes. You will definitely be changing your way of eating in order to obtain natural healing and this is very different from the Standard American Diet that is touted today.
This way of healthy eating does take some getting used to, but once you have the concepts down, it is easy to change it to suit your personal needs and desires. If it feels overwhelming at first, just take baby steps and try one new thing at a time to get comfortable with it.
