As difficult as it may be to believe for a lot of folks, myself included, there are some people in the world who need to actually gain some weight. Most of us, though, are struggling with too much weight, especially around the middle of our bodies.

Dr. Mercola is so passionate about helping people to be the best they can be that he is sharing some great exercise information too. Now you knew that normalizing your weight couldn’t happen just with food, didn’t you?
However, for those of us who are pressed for time (and who isn’t?), he has come up with a quick and (relatively) easy way to get your exercise in weekly. Now no one has an excuse not to exercise!

Believe it or not, I actually miss it, but going out now in Georgia with the heat index at 105-110 degrees would not help my health in any way, shape or form. I don’t ever remember it being this bad in the summer but my favorite month of the year, October is just around the corner.
