Here is an overview of the nutritional typing plan. The best thing to do, though, is to go to his website and take the test to see which type you are. Just click on the banner below to do that.
If you would like to know a little bit about the three types first before you do, here is a quick rundown on it that you can check out.

Quick Overview of Nutritional Typing
Protein types should eat high protein of certain kinds with a restricted
carbohydrate and relatively high fat (healthy fats only) emphasis.
Healthy fats consist of things like coconut oil (great to use for cooking meat) and extra virgin olive oil, known as EVOO, for use on salads and other raw dishes.

Carbo types should eat mostly carbohydrates but be selective about which ones. There is a major difference between vegetables and grains. They should eat some specific kinds of meat also, for optimum health.
Mixed types should eat some of both types, including protein, carbohydrates and healthy good fats. This nutritional type is the most challenging of all because it takes really listening to your body to determine what foods are optimal for you.
The order inwhich you eat your food is important also. Protein types should eat protein first and carbo types should eat their carbohydrates first. Mixed types should eat both together. The commonly touted “eat a variety of foods at each meal” is really best for mixed types.
I happen to be a mixed type and, while I am grateful for the variety of foods that I can have, it has been difficult to find out exactly what foods are best for me. This involves really listening to your body and how it reacts to everything you eat and put on your body.
For a quick and VERY oversimplified way to tell which type you are, gauge your reaction to red meat and orange juice. If you can’t abide the idea of eating red meat, physically, not just ideologically, then you are most likely a carbo type.
If you cannot stomach orange juice, you are most likely a protein type. If you like both, then you are a mixed type. Dr. Mercola’s book “Take Control of Your Health” outlines it pretty well so you may consider purchasing that.
What You Will Receive When Signing Up
You will get a chart of what foods are best for your type plus relevant tips for your particular type, as well as on nutrition in general.
Once you understand the principles behind it, it is pretty easy to follow. I highly recommend taking the test, as it is very comprehensive and will be a valuable tool for better health.
There is great information here for the best healthy eating you can find. As always, though, if anything doesn’t resonate with you, you should not do it. Everyone has a unique makeup.
