All of these people have given me insight and inspiration on my journey to wellness and I’m sure there are thousands more out there on the Internet and inside brick and mortar buildings.
Local Resources
I have tried to give you names and places of products in this partner page that I have found to be helpful to me as well as trying to support my local businesses as much as possible. I feel blessed to live in a rural community where such things as fresh goat’s milk and free range organic eggs can be found.
I’m also grateful to my local grocery stores, Kroger, Ingles and Food Lion for their efforts to stock fresh, locally grown, organic produce as much as possible and I encourage everyone living in my area to support them as much as possible. Kroger’s Natural Market up front by the cashiers is my Mecca.
Even though Whole Foods is often referred to as “Whole Paycheck”, they offer raw, organic products that can’t be purchased anywhere else closer to me. Natural Foods Warehouse has been a wonderful resource also as I can access them fairly easily and they have great prices on items if they have them in stock. They are great additions to this partner page.
I realize that Atlanta has places like Return to Eden, Sevananda and Life Grocery, but these are not convenient for me, considering where I live. If more people asked for these types of products, our local stores might be willing to carry some of the more “exotic” things that support health and wellness for all of us.

He wants to transform the fatally flawed health care system that we have in the United States today and help people to take control of their own health through natural, holistic means.

I use the word “diet” in the dictionary sense of the word, namely, what you will eat for the rest of your life. It is not a quick weight loss plan and then going back to the Standard American Diet afterward. At least, not if you want to attain optimum health and keep it.
